I spent ten years as a Mass Communication Specialist (MC1) in the United States Navy — a photojournalist, videographer, and visual storyteller embedded in some of the most demanding environments in the world. From the flight deck of the USS Harry S. Truman during two deployments, to the halls of US Naval Hospital Okinawa, to the labs of NIWC Pacific, I was the person responsible for capturing history as it happened.

You don't get a second chance on a flight deck. You don't get to ask a four-star admiral to repeat his handshake for a better angle. That environment forged a discipline and a visual instinct that I bring to every session, whether it's a wedding in Franklin, a corporate headshot in Nashville, or a landscape shoot at blue hour.

The Consultation

We start with a direct conversation about your vision, your timeline, and your non-negotiables. No fluff, no generic questionnaires. I want to understand the story we're telling before I pick up a camera.

Pre-Production

Location scouting, light analysis, shot list development. The work before the work. A decade of military photography taught me that preparation is what separates a good shot from a great one.

The Session

On the day, I move fast and stay invisible. You'll forget I'm there. That's when the real moments happen. I shoot with a photojournalist's instinct and a commercial photographer's precision.

Post-Production & Delivery

Culled in Photo Mechanic, edited in Lightroom Classic. Every image is color-graded to a consistent, cinematic standard. Delivered via a private online gallery within the agreed timeline.
